Review: Looking for a lovely, family-friendly stay? Look no further! This property, located close to the beach and shops, offers spacious and comfortable villas with private pools. The tidy rooms and functioning A/C create a cozy atmosphere. The garden, pool, and patio provide a private oasis for relaxation. The friendly and efficient staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, organizing extras and offering daily shuttles to explore the area. Just a minor drawback: limited beach access and limited use of the pool during maintenance work. a lush, green, and relaxing experience with plenty of friendly faces!

The hotel's close proximity to the town center was very convenient for me. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and enjoyable. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even better. I loved that the hotel offered the use of kayaks, and being able to explore the surrounding area and see the bird and animal life was a unique and wonderful experience. One of the highlights of my stay was kayaking across to the island opposite the hotel, where I was greeted with beautiful sunshine and a lovely beach. This added bonus should definitely be promoted more.
Can't fault anything about it.

I recently stayed at Sawan Residence for a few days with my children and was pleasantly surprised. The villas are modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The private pool was a great bonus, and the surrounding garden was beautiful. The location was ideal, with a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service and taxi availability made getting around easy. a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back.
I recommend this hotel.

The value for the money was exceptional, with spacious and comfortable rooms that exceeded expectations. The location was great, just a short walk from the beautiful Lamai beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast could have been improved with a greater variety of options.
